Scott, thank you for inviting me along to your most recent business breakfast, it was a privilege to hear from the founder of Contiki - John Anderson. His story – ‘Only Two Seats Left’ on how he started the business in the early 60s with a vision, luck and focus was a great lesson for us in business. I must say that John as a speaker was one of the best I have heard in quite a while. The way he connected with the audience and displayed his genuine passion for his former business Contiki was infectious and the ideal way to start a day. The other guests on your table were excellent company and some mutual business connections were made which made for a terrific event. Operating as a Financial Counsellor I encounter many difficult financial situations. Recently I had a client with a complex arrangement that none of the major Banks were willing to help with. I had their number sitting in my draw for a few months and thought I would see if they could help me find a solution for my client.
